Basic / Intermediate Operations Management Module, where the participant needs to manage project with about 100 tasks with varying timelines and dependencies. The objective is to complete the project at the shortest time with the least cost incurred.

Factory Simulation

Intermediate / Advanced Operations Management Module, where the participant needs to manage a running factory set-up and turn it profitable by the end of the year. The length of the simulation varies between 5 Hours to 15 Days based on the instructor need.
